Order Cancellation Before Processing/Approval: If you decide to cancel your order before it has been processed or approved by us, please notify us as soon as possible. If we receive a cancellation notice for an order that has not been processed or approved, we will cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you. The refund will be processed using the original payment method, and it may take some time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. 2. Order Cancellation on Delivery: If you wish to cancel your order at the time of delivery, please note the following conditions: • You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with the delivery attempt. • Once the cancellation is confirmed, we will refund the remaining amount to you. The refund will be processed using the original payment method, and it may take some time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. 3. Order Cancellation After Processing/Approval: If your order has already been processed or approved by us, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information on returning the item and initiating a refund. 4. Cancellation Procedure: To cancel your order, please follow these steps: • Contact our customer service team as soon as possible to inform them about your cancellation request. Refund Processing: Once your cancellation is confirmed and approved, we will initiate the refund process. The refunded amount will be processed using the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Customer can cancel their order/requested service within 24 hours. Please note that cancellations are subject to the specific conditions mentioned above. We reserve the right to refuse cancellations if the order has already been processed, approved, or shipped.
