Refund and Returns Policy

 
Thank you for shopping at Diemme Kitchen LLC! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and we have a hassle-free return and refund policy in place. Please read the following guidelines carefully. 1. Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns within 7 days from the date of receipt. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 2. Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when you received it. • All original tags, labels, and accessories must be intact and attached to the item. • The product must not have been used, tampered with, or damaged in any way. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returned shipments that do not meet these conditions. 3. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a 7-10 business days. • Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 4. Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the same return process mentioned above. Once we receive your returned item and it meets the return conditions, we will process your exchange and ship the replacement item to you. Any price difference between the exchanged items will be handled accordingly. 5. Return Procedure: To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps: • Contact our Diemme Kitchen LLC customer support at (+971 4 227 0400) to inform us about your return or exchange request. Our customer service team will guide you through the process. • Alternatively, you can email us at support@diemmecucine.ae or visit the Diemme Kitchen LLC store for assistance. • Provide us with your order details, including the order number, item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request. • Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange. 6. Return Shipping: For returning the item, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the returned item reaches us safely. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process. 7. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These include but are not limited to food items, personal care products, and perishable goods. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for these items unless they arrive damaged or defective. 8. Wrong Delivery:  In case of the wrong items or model is delivered to you by mistake the Diemme Kitchen LLC will replace with a correct model without any cost and if the customer wishes to cancel the full amount will be refunded.
